Osteopathy is about the interrelationship between structure and function of the human body. Our Osteopaths work to restore proper body mechanics, nerve impulses and the circulation of body fluids through gentle adjustment of the body.

Since every patient is different and unique, our osteopaths use their understanding of functional anatomy and physiology to promote the bodies natural ability to self-heal and self-regulate. We allow nature to do its job of removing any and all obstacles and obstructions that will interfere with the proper nutrition and drainage of the body’s tissue.

Angie holds a Master in the Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc.) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. She completed an intensive four-year program that focused on human anatomy, physiology, and the interconnected systems within the body.

Angie is also a professional member in good standing with the Ontario Osteopathic Association, recognized by all major healthcare insurance providers.

Angie was born in South Africa and lived there until the age of 16, when her family immigrated to Canada. In Angie’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Angie enjoys meeting new people, trying new food, going to musicals with her daughter, and traveling.

Angie was first introduced to osteopathy as a patient and felt inspired to share its gentle approach to healing with others.
